As my parents can no longer travel to Spain because of health reasons, they want to give a condo to my sister and a condo to me. My sister and I have duel U.S. / Spanish citizenships but reside in the U.S. My sister has a Spanish power of attorney over my parents as certified by the NYC Spanish consulate. These condos are not rentals and used exclusively for family vacations. What is the process to have these two condos signed over to sister and I? Can this be completed during a two week stay? Thank you in advance. Tony Author Posts The forum ‘Real Estate Topics, News & Discussion’ is closed to new topics and replies.
