There was an article in the Weekend FT, published online yesterday, reporting signs of a Spanish property market recovery.

      One quote from the article:

After a long and painful collapse, Spain’s housing market is finally showing signs of life.

The article refers to Seseña and Madrid, which are mainly the domestic market. The author didn’t mention coastal markets, which benefit from diversified foreign demand and cash-buyers. If Seseña is recovering, Marbella must be booming.

If I were to publish an article this positive about the Spanish property market I imagine I would get death threats!
