€85,000 would be for their golf suites. Studio type apartments. It´s the cheapest properties PW sell.
A 2 bed 1 bath apartment will start from €120,000. Though you will pay significantly more circa €160,000 for anything near front line or lake-side.
The Condado site is near to Puerto de Mazarron, a nice seaside town approx 20 mins away.

If you do come for fecks sake [DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT pay a deposit or sign anything NO matter how attractive the agent may make it sound Spain has a massive over supply of properties, prices could fall in the next year or two by anything from 10% -30%.
Beware of agents with forked tongues, prices are not rising they are falling. Rents are usually 30%-40% lower than they quote and because most developers are in the doo doo, management fees will rocket.
There will not be 3 other people after just the property you like ,it is more like there are 30 properties to every possible buyer.
Read all the postings on this forum, if you do not want to commit suicide after that , take note of what people have said.
Leave your credit card at home and your cheque book and do not promise to send a bank transfer on your return.
When you get back and still like the idea , ok fine it will then be your mistake if it goes pear shaped.
For fecks sake BE CAREFUL.

WrixonI did the same trip from Gatwick two weeks ago. Go see for yourself. It’s a well organised trip, and it is 100% free. We didnt spend a penny in two days.
You get to cram a lot of viewing into two days and are looked after very well and professionally. I found it a good way to see lots of different developments in a short time.
There’s no hard sell and if you say you are not interested they take it ok.
