On tax office website I learned 212 is obsolete and that 210 is form capital gain should be notified on. Is this true and if so which sections should be completed. Is a full computation needed or is net gain figure only adequate.would appreciate any guidance.
Yes, the modelo / form 212 is listed as “Modelos no vigentes del Impuesto sobre la Renta de No Residentes“, which means it is no longer in use.
