Foreclosure Portal

      After reading the article on here on the 21st of October about the Spainish government wanting to set up a online foreclosure portal I was wondering what your thoughts are on this? Is a good idea and how would it effect people etc etc

      The portal will have photos of the toilet or car parks. Important details such as floor, lifts, parking, condo charges etc will not be there. Any emails contacts will not be replied, telephone numbers will be 902, which cannot be dialled from outside Spain.

      This is just another conduit to create jobs for the well connected and any half decent property would have been internally sold before hand.

      Apology if it sounds negative. I am speaking from experience & if you are serious in buying do not waste your time & energy.

      Every reply is god and as you said your speaking from experience. I wonder if it was conducted correctly if it would work as on paper it’s certainly a good idea and there is no reason why it can’t work in my eyes

      I have posted on the forum the issues & if I recall Mark had also posted some issues. Not in a honest & brutal manner .
