      I might be interested but could do with a bit more info.

      What floor is it on (how many floors are there?)

      What view does it have from the balcony ?

      Does it have central heating/air conditioning ?

      It’s says it’s a 10 min walk to the beach, but then the distance is quoted as 4 km. Did you mean to write 1 hr walk to the beach!

      The 4km part is a computer glitch, it is a 10 minute walk…..maybe 15 in the heat!
