  We now would like to sell our 3 year old S/D house which has 3 beds 2 baths huge garage and store room, terrace, furniture, white goods, large communal pool (for only 16 houses) etc. We have successfully used it for holiday and longer term lets. There are 3 playable today golf courses with 5 mins, beach, commercials, park, countryside, motorway access for airports etc all at hand. Located on popular area near to San Miguel de Salinas (03193) fully legal, services connected. Possible to subrogate small mortgage. Valuation above asking price. Price 195,000 EUROS around 132,000 pounds.
