One of my threads which I started was about buying a repossesed property from a Bank. The jist of the thread was high prices, competative mortgage etc. ( Cant find it on the forum, any sugguestions how to find it !!! )

I visited the show flat this week four times during the stated opening hours. Manage to find the sales lady on my final visit, she is the one that I dealt with on my last visit some three months ago.. I enquired from her if there was any movement on prices she was very abrupt even for Spanish standards & told me that the formula of discount that I seek will never happen. ( I did not seek any formula. I was seeking a discount based on going rates)

However, in July they are making an offer of free furniture for the buyers but no reduction on prices. Read into this as you may.
