      I have been reading this forum for quite a while now, but this is my first post.

      First I would like to say thank you to Mark and all the contributors for this great source of information.

      I was hoping someone could tell me how I can find out the date that the first occupancy permit was delivered for our property? We did not left on good terms with the lawyer we used for the transaction, so I can’t really ask her.

      From the Town Hall itself where the property is located. You might need a spanish speaker.
