Hi guys

I’m on the process of purchasing a property in the Cantabria region of Spain, and have signed a purchase contract and paid a deposit.

I’ve just reached out to the notary to book an appointment, and they’ve advised me that I need to obtain the cadastral value of the property before they can make an appointment.

Could anyone advise where I can find this online for properties in Cantabria? I’ve managed to find this for some regions – but not the one I’m after!
