The above development is situated on the Mijas Road on the Costa Del Sol. It is currently running over 18months late with various different reasons being given for the delays.

Are there any other buyers out there who can share what explanations they’ve been given, or indeed any real estate staff who know anything of client lists or reasons for the developer stalling.

From what I can gather the developer is in financial problems, the sister development in Neuva Andalucia has gone into administration and this might be the same for FSA. Not sure.

A good friend of mine received a letter from the admistratiors the other day.

My advice would be get your lawyer involved ASAP.

Could you please send me your friends details in order for me to contact them regarding their / my predicament? I think it may be beneficial to them to know the current tact on FSA and also for me to track the bahavoiur and actions of the Aloha Hills develoment to see if it mirrors our problems.

I’ve had a lawyer acting on our behalf here but to date there is specifically illegal as far as we can see – now, negligent – that’s another thing!

I heard that the developer is still trying to sell the last few units, and the finca itself!!!!
