The amount invested by foreigners in Spanish real estate fell by 15.6% in the first four months of this year compared to the same period last year, according to the Bank of Spain. It marks a continued downward trend in foreign buying, following a drop of 16.7% in 2005 and a 6% drop in 2003. Reasons cited by the bank include rising house prices in the country and increasing interest rates.

It’s due to be aired sometime this month isn’t it. The two producers came to my home for over 4 hours. 😯 We gave them lots of info plus a video of our meting with the awful agents on our first visit to Green Hills. I wonder if they’ll use any of it? Maybe not as I decided not to “feature”! 😉
