      An influential report on the UK residential property market is recommending that esate agents should sit exams before they are allowed to sell a house.

      Wonder whether the idea will catch on in Spain 😆 😆

      no, i think they would just write the answers on the back of their hands, or under their desk!. How about them having to be wired to a lie detector when talking to a customer? It could sit on their desk with a big green and red light!!

      How about a lie detector attached with 240 volt wires to their most prized region of their body!!

      Any other suggestions?
