As we all know, passing a law is one thing, obtaining a judgement is another. The thing that really matters is action. The EU may win its case
but enforcing and giving them a fair compensation that has to be seen.

I am sure that if the Valencian Government wins the case they will appeal. This is the Spanish egoistic & “Burro” mentality.
