      All according to Engel & Völkers based on sales in 2013 reported in the press:

      • UK, London Hyde Park penthouse sold for €162 million = 150,000 €/m2
      • Monaco max price paid 100,000 €/m2
      • Italy, Sardinia max price paid 90,000 €/m2
      • Switzerland, St. Moritz 65,000 €/m2
      • France, Paris 40,000 €/m2
      • Germany, Sylt Island 30,000 €/m2
      • Russia, Moscow 28,000 €/m2
      • Spain, Mallorca, Puerto de Andratx 27,000 €/m2
