I do not have much confidence in RIC’s, they lack the capacity of resolving or even understanding simple disputes against their members.

I agree those figures in that article are way to conservative as you might expect from RICS.
The price corrections we are seeing in Europe is simply the market returning to normality, after a relatively brief period of insanity.
When Europe’s economy returns to growth we will see the housing market stabilise and return to a moderate pattern of expansion. I predict property will be boring again from an investment perspective and we should all be thankful for that.
