      How long did it take from completion of a new property for you to receive the original escritura back ❓

      It depends on Land Registries, but as an average: 20 days to 1 month

      Hi Jeanssis,

      Looking at where you have described your propertyI guess you are somewhere around Quesada so you come under the Elche authority. Although things are a bit quicker there now than in the last few years, we are still seeing up to 3 or 4 months sometimes for original escritura to be finalised by Elche.
