  Hi i live in Calpe with my wife. We are both British. My mother in law lives in a flat owned by us in Pego. She had an accident and hurt her foot which needs surgery which will cost 8000 euros sheis not entitled to national health as she is russian. We do not have the funds and would like to release equity from her flat. Is this possible ?
