Has anybody obtained one ?

a) What is the drill.
b) The people/inspector carrying this out. Are they authorised/affiliated to any kosher body.
c) Do the inspector needs to gain access to the property.
d) How long does it take for the inspector to issue the certificate.
e) Is the certificate electronically created or in triplicate rainbow colours.
f) cost.

a)you need it if you want to sell or rent.
b) they should be certified by school of engineers/architects/etcccc
c)yes
d)same day.
e)not sure. once certificate is registered in regional body, then get label.
f)lowest quote i have seen 60€, most talking from 150 to 250€. starting at property of 80+m2
