Apparently when we built our villa the builder never had a proper contract for the builders supply now I fear I am going to get billed for what he used as well as for the time between finishing build and actually getting our occupation licence.Is there anything we can do to lessen the amount of fine we will get,also the builder recently dissappeared with peoples money/deposits from approx 5 projects so could say we had a near miss.
