We have been told that in the Benissa area of Javea, the council can take 1 metre off of your land to expand roadway’s, that’s to say, if they need it,apparently on the deed’s of a lot of villa’s in Benissa,this is the case.
The few villa’s we have seen for sale are on urbanisations and not rustic land, you can also agree to this and ask for planning permission for paellero’s, extension’s and it will be granted, a case of you scratch my back I’ll scratch your’s kind of thing.
Obviously our lawyer would check everything through, if we decided to buy there, but I wanted to see what other’s thought.
