  The 10-Year construction warranty (as explained elsewhere on this website https://www.spanishpropertyinsight.com/new-homes/) applies to structural issues. Does this also apply to the structure of swimming pools constructed together with the house? Structural issues being cracks in the pool walls that cause leaks.
