28m2 for 1 Euro so just 35c /m2. 1 bed, 1 bath, building doesn’t look to bad. Seen much worse. 😉

I’m sure it’s a mistake but if you did happen to buy it for €1 you would then get sent a fine by the tax office arguing it was really worth €100,000 or something like that 😡

Yes, Mark but I want a 50% discount & a very generous mortgage terms and one of the conditions that it must have a blue, green or the burgundy toilet & matching bidet. .

I am aware that in certain commercial transaction where there is no inherent value and to comply with consideration element a value has to be placed, hence €1.00.

However, I am sure that in this instance there is an inherent value. As normal a reply has not been received. I am holding my breath !!!
