Do we know TINSA values for Dec 2011-?

      Have TINSA values for Dec 2011 been published yet ?

      Last year, brianc_li kindly communicated the TINSA results for Dec 2010 already before Jan 15, 2011.

      In addition, I will appreciate if someone could say if there is a TINSA-like SEPARATE index for Mallorca only,
      or shed more light on this topic.

      The Tinsa index for December, which is also the index for the full year 2011 is out.

      No such index for Mallorca only, to the best of my knowledge.

      Tim – Mea culpa. I was on holiday in Brazil when the Dec figures came out and it slipped my mind.

      The Tinsa report, which breaks down the price trend by area, for December 2011 can be found here.

      It bunches the Balearics with the Canaries, which, as it happens shows the same decline for the year as the National average i.e. 8.1%
