They should come to Spain and buy a property in good faith and then find out through the corrupt system their house is now illegal and may be demolished. Alternatively they may buy a resale, built just over 20 years ago ,but find they cannot sell it because of retrospective legislation .They cannot now sell it, leave it to their children or take out a mortgage on it, as even though at that time it was built legally, through later legislation it is NOW deemed illegal as it is too near the beach.In either scenario they would know what stress really is.

Why is it always about the executives????

They’re not the only ones overworked and under stress – this lot look like they could do with a break.
