I am asking 139,000 Euros for both houses that’s 69,500 EURs each. I was going to sell them for 220,000 each 3 years ago but felt that I could ride out the credit storm and now need the capital.

I paid 120,000 Euros for the land/derelict houses, then invested another 254,000 Euros to rebuild them as new that is 374,000 Euros in total that has been spent for the 2 houses.

The 2 houses are refurbished as NEW they have been taken to the ground and new foundations poured 90 cm depth with reinforced 4 cm steel rebar.
