Del Canto’s IRPH/Floor Clause claim seems to be going nowhere

      Back in 2017, based on commentary/advice given through this excellent SPI website, we signed up to Del Canto’s claim regarding the mortgage IRPH/floor clause. Yet, despite repeated requests for updates and some semblance of progress, nothing seems to be happening. Are others experiencing the same thing? Did we throw our hat in with the wrong class action? Has anyone else had success? Many thanks

      We have had very little response from Del Canto in several years and what little we have had has been vague and non-committal. Any advice or suggestions much appreciated!
