Defects in common parts buildings

      The paddle tennis courts on the development where I have purchased
      are subsiding despite being only a few months old and never having been used.

      They do not appear to have been adopted yet by the community so is the developer responsible for re-building them ?

      You have a direct action against developer from contract and consumer Laws but you also have a direct action against Builder, architect and aparejador and their Insurance Companies from the LOE or Spanish Building Act…
