      Possibly finally is nothing important.

      A green party in Spain has delivered the list of property developments in Spain with no water supply planification. We all know about these enormous resorts with golf fields in the middle of the desert.

      This list is being studied by members of the EU so besides an embarrasment for Spain possibly no legal action will be taken by Europa against Spain or I think so.
