Location:The property is situated in the province of Tarragona in Spain with nearest major town being Tortosa. The property lies at the end of a dry river bed and offers seclusion with the house sat within 4 hectares of olive groves. The property has no neighbours apart from an abundance of wildlife. Although the house offers seclusion it is only 8 minutes drive to Tortosa and 15 minutes drive to the coastal fishing village of L’Ampolla and several beaches. The main motorway and rail links can be reached within 5 minutes putting Barcelona and Valencia within a few hours travelling. Reus Airport is 40 minutes drive away.The House:Originally an old olive mill used in the civil war to produce oil for the black market. Extras:The property is solely run by solar electricity via solar panels and a wind turbine that stores energy into batteries. with a 6kw generator as a back up.Water is by cisterna and this holds 35,000 litres The house has Broadband internet 25mb and TV that comes via satellite. The property will come with all the furniture included also including in the sale a fully legal Spanish registered Jeep Cherokee 4×4
