So bought in a development called Fuentes in Almunecar. The agents out there are certainly talking the area up- new motorway under construction, Ryanair flying to Granada, close to skiing, etc. Any comments/thoughts? I like to be in the centre of things! I didn’t buy as a speculative venture but to live there. And I love it!! However, if you are of working age I would think there are limited opportunities for employment or settng up a business that doesn’t involve real estate. I would definitely consider retiring to that part of the coast though Author Posts The forum ‘Real Estate Topics, News & Discussion’ is closed to new topics and replies.
