A friend of mine living in Dubai had bought a place in Costa Esuri. He has paid the 40% the mortgage etc was in place. However holding a non EU passport & living in Dubai he could not complete as he had to go through security ( by the Spanish ) Whilst all this was going on Fadesa went in liquidation.
Since, Fadesa’s demise he has not heard very much. Can any one from the forum please be kind enough as to advise.
a) What is the current position in relation to Costa Esuri ?
b) Who he should be contacting ?
c) The address, telephone number for (c) above
