Costa De La Luz Agents

Hi,

Can anyone recommend reputable agents in Costa De La Luz.? There seems to be a lot of hype recently with regard to investment potential in this area and that CG is not as flat as other areas in Spain currently – is this true? Also if anyone knows of any nice developments that they’d like to recommend in the area i’d really apprecdiate it. Thanks, Liam 8)

I am an agent for the area if you want to send me a private email (and anyone else) I can send you a brochure from the head office in Bristol.

The Costa De La Luz or “coast of light” ia a 200km streach of beautiful unspoilt coastline to the far south-west of Andalucia, stretching east and south past Ayamonte, Huelva and Cadiz to Tarifa, opposite Gibraltar.

The area is served by Faro, Jerez, Seville and Malaga airports.

Faro is 45 minutes, Seville about 1 hour.

Property prices in the area are still affordable , and continue to show strong growth. The lack of available building land guards against over-development, so it will never become as populated as some of the other coasts.

You can have lunch in Portugal and dinner in Spain.
