Costa Calida golf developments

      I’m looking at golf developments in the Murcia/Mar Menor area for an off-plan purchase. Holiday use with limited rental (not specifically an investment, but may choose to sell on before completion depending on circumstances). Aware of the various Polaris World resorts, also Roda and Corvera. Like the look of La Tercia (United Golf Resorts’ first venture). Completion of first phase due summer 2007. Has anyone else looked at this? Only two agents seem to be selling it at this stage: Coast2Coast Properties (C2CP) and McAnthony Realty- can anyone give feedback on these?
