I know not many here are involved/interested in the Costa Brava (too far North, too cold, I know, I know), but anything known please of Garoina now pushing in the FT weekly on Saturdays a development at Aigua Blava which I know was well on the way to completion when I was last there in 2007? Their website is no more than a virtual glossy brochure. Any comments gratefully received.

Carosfella,
I had a look at this development recently from the outside.
I hope they do some landscape gardening because the place rather sticks out. This being Spain, I’m wouldn’t bet on it.
It is north facing, which in the land of the tramuntana is something one has to consider.
Know nothing about prices or the developer.

Thank you Mark
I saw it going up a couple of years ago and was thinking of going back to look at the completed development when I’m in the area in August.
I’m surprised they allowed anything below par in Aigua Blava, but sounds like I shall just drive by!

Don’t let me put you off. If you are there I would certainly have a look at it. On closer inspection it might be interesting, depending upon what you are looking for. Depends a lot on the price.
