      Flights are booked for 19-26 May. We have £50,000 in the bank and are eager to buy.

      Essential Criteria

      2 beds
      Pool (Communal Fine)
      Ground Fllor or lift access
      Near a shop/petrol station
      Garden or Greenery very close by
      Car Parking or easy street parking
      Short drive to beaches

      Desirable:
      Local community on the doorstep
      Shops/bars restaurants walking distance
      Air Con

      nothing ventures nothing gained…

      I know the budget is tight… but just wandered!!!

      Rather than waste peoples time I thought I’d give people a list of what we’re ideally after 8)

      Well, good luck to you too in finding renters at the crazy prices you charge.
      I haven’t seen higher prices in Costa Blanca than on your site!
