      Can a builder/developer actually sell a property that i have pulled out of purchasing untill i have returned the original contract?

      It depends of the stage of your purchase, if you could give us further information….
      Generally speaking it doesn’t matter who is holding the contracts.

      Hi Paulanddisan.
      withen a week of stating that we would not be completing on our property
      the ink was hardly dry on the solicitors letter to them when the builders had the apartment up for sale. This was despite the fact that they had ignored our request to give us our money back. They just do not care!
      the developers in Spain have been doing exactly as they please for so long now … and may i say getting away with it. In my case anyway they did just as you asked… put the apartment up for sale .
