condo fees

      what are the remedies for unpaid condo fees in Spain?
      Can they triger foreclosure if there is no mortgage?

      curious in USA

      They will embargo the property first & can even sell the property to recover the amount due.

      If you have issues against the Managing Agents & they have ignored them. I sugguest you make reasonable payment towards the charges. This way even if you go to Courts.

      Hopefuly the Judge will see that there is an issue & you have paid some amount towards the upkeep as a gesture of goodwill.
