Completion Cost

      Hi

      Can anyone please advise me what the typical legal costs are at completion.
      Is it normal to pay Stamp Duty on the purchase price, and also on the mortgage.
      Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

      in general you need to add an additional 10% to cover taxes, notary and legal fees.
