Can anyone tell me if the hoj de reclamacion form mentioned earlier is valid in Murcia province? we have bought an apartment at Senorio de Roda, a name fast becoming synonymous with all the is unfair about spanish property developments. there are a number of owners now wanting to find out just what our rights are, and how we exercise them. Has anyone got any experience of a class action with the help of a solicitor?
