Does anyone know the historic non payment rate for community costs in Marbella, Andalucia, Spain or the Costa del Sol for 2012-2015? I need it to compare with our community non-payment rate. Many thanks!

Also, I’ve read in the press about something called the Observatorio de las Comunidades de Propietarios (Observatory of Condominium Owners), managed by the Consejo General de Colegios de Administradores de Fincas de España, which should have specific information on this question.
