My partner has just received a refund on his mortgage of 2000 Euros on a 49000 mortgage.
His mortgage was provided by BBVA.
If you want to reclaim money as a result of the Court decision on Clausulas Suelos, DO NOT use a Lawyer or a Claims Company.
You can do it yourself. Just ask your mortgage provider, and if these clauses affect you they MUST refund you.
My partner emailed BBVA and asked if his mortgage was affected by Clausulas Suelos…he didn´t know whether he was or wasn´t…..3 months later he got his refund. No hassle whatsoever…..
