  Please could someone explain the meaning of “cláusulas suelo” in relation to Spanish mortgage agreements?
  I have been told by my Spanish lawyer that ‘we have noticed that your loans are not affected by the so called “cláusulas suelo”. I don’t know what he means!

  It’s good news, be happy 😀 The lower the base rates fall, the lower your mortgage repayments.
