Hi everyone just to inform you there are to be changes when selling property this year.
Its coming into force that we are going to have to provide a heating assessment on our properties as they do in UK
This will cost us 200 euros approx.
Also in 2015 there is to be a change on wills here.
The will must state that it has been made in Spain.
