Engel & Völkers are selling a villa in Mallorca with an asking price of 38 million Euro.
They claim it’s the most expensive property on the market in Mallorca. I’m not aware of a more expensive property on the market at present anywhere in Spain. Be interesting to see what it sells for in the end….. 😎
Here is the blurb:
Castillo Mallorca was built in 1965 by its then English owner and is located on its own private peninsula at the entrance to Port Andratx with spectacular views from all over the property across the sea, Dragonera Island and the Port.
Castillo Mallorca has hosted some important names in the past including Lady Diana (before she became Princess Diana) and a suite remains named after her and the former German President, Christian Wulff. The estate features a constructed area of 1,400 square metres on a plot of 6,000 square metres. The main house features three bedroom suites, a spacious living room, a large kitchen and dining room, a billiard room in the west wing, a fitness room, sauna and piano lounge. There is central heating, under floor heating and air conditioning throughout the property.
Outside there is a large swimming pool with sunbathing terrace and an outside dining area. The separate guest house features 3 bedroom suites and 1 self contained staff apartment. A garage provides parking for up to 4 vehicles and the large terrace outside the guest house area provides space for extra parking if required. In addition, the entire residence is surrounded by established Mediterranean terraced gardens.
The entrance from the road to Castillo Mallorca is marked by large wooden doors with metal work reminiscent of gates you would expect to find in an historic fort. From the sea there are three private access points to the property which include a private docking area for a yacht of up to 30 metres. To the west of the peninsula there is a private cave providing an ideal place to watch the sun set. Estates such as Castillo Mallorca rarely come onto the market and therefore it represents an exceptional opportunity to invest in top sea front real estate in Mallorca’s fashionable south west corner.

I wonder if they’ll consider offers…

Is it close to Magaluf for some nightlife 😳

Which is why Princes Di used to stay there when in Mallorca, no doubt.
Price seems excessive to me. I bet offers are welcome.

I’m not sure, but I doubt anywhere near the asking price.
