I read in the Spanish press that it belongs to Michael Smurfit.
The asking prices is reported to be €50 million, making it the most expensive property on the market in Spain. “Experts” quoted in the Spanish press say it’s worth €30m. What would you pay for it if you had all the money in the world?
By the way, what do you think of the video? The language strikes me as typically over-the-top and pompous. Does anyone fall for that kind of sales language these days? I find it highly off-putting, but maybe it’s just me.
