Planning to move to La Palma Island, live in a family house with the family as well as purchase another 1-2 bedroom house on La Palma to rent out. Is is a good ideal about renting out a 2nd property on La Palma or should I look elsewhere ?
The “pros” is being on the same Islands and relatively close to the 2nd property so I could maintain, clean the house etc.
Or will the same 1-2 bedroom house yet on a different Island (TF, GC) get more income, despite incurring additional expenses for a remote maintenance (clearing) etc
Something tells me that the 1-2 bedroom house will be significantly more expensive to buy in TF or GC…
