Hi, My partner and I lost our property back to the bank in Spain in 2013, we are concerned if we were to travel back to Malaga or any other Spanish airports that we may be stopped at passport control for non payment of taxes since we left IE IBI, also community fees etc, I was advised that the new owner of our property will take on our debts against the property but again Im not sure if this correct, I have searched online about this and no horror stories come up so Im sure we are panicking unnecessarily but it is stopping us booking Spanish travel until we can clarify, if anyone can help it would be much appreciated, thanks, Andy
