Hi, a property is owned by a couple – one english and one spanish person. They want to transfer or sell the property to another english person. can this be done by making a quitclaim deed, then notarising the deed?
The property is classified as ‘industrial’ as it was a stable, it is now a ruin.
Can it be sold by the owners for €1?
