      Did you put a 40% deposit on this complex by developer Martinsa fadesa? Are you using a spanish lawer to litigate? Has this building ever gotten its LFO?
      I would like to correspond here with anyone who has, like me purchased here?

      I have a friend who has purchased there paid his 40%. He has been contacted by Fadesa to complete. The issues that arise for him are that the Building has no LFO,no one is willing to lend on it due to absence of LFO, the value has fallen. He has a lawyer.

      Thanks for your reply. actually I,ve Been in Hawaii for thew last two years, however I do hope we can keep this topic constructive and informative.My I suggest you you seek your entertainment from elsewhere thereby refraining from posting an absloutely useless reply to my topic.
      PS. there is no Fadesa for al long time now there is however a Martinsa Fadesa.

      Yes, Fadesa or Marinsa Fadesa has been in the headlines. typicals Spanish no one knew what was happening correspondance sent to them ignored or not even acknowledged. However as they are out of administration & have been given ten years to sort themselves out. I beleive they are chasing people in earnest.

      Actually you were honoured, you got a sentence. He’s been known to post just “???????????????????????” with the odd :mrgreen: 👿 ❗ and lots of “!!!!!!!!!!”. Suggest you ignore him, many of us do.

      Re. Martinsa Fadesa
      there is a member on the forum called CES who is in a similar situation to yourself with this company who started this thread:
      viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5360&hilit=Martinsa+Fadesa.
      He/she wants to start a group to share info etc. so I’d think it would be worth getting in touch via a pm.

      There is also another thread started last Summer by Mark the forum Administrator, it ends with some uptodate info that may be worth reading:
